It is your responsibility to review these terms of service periodically. If at any time you find these terms of service unacceptable, please do not access the Services. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
Lite Incorp is a corporate secretarial and advisory firm. While we provide tools and templates to assist with the preparation, execution, and storage of corporate documents, these Document Materials are not intended to be use with the intention to manipulate, deceive and oriented in a way to make use of a loophole in local jurisdiction system together with exploiting our services in any way. Using our services does not create a fool proof services to manipulate, disorientation of moral standard and local practises. If you require legal advice for specific complex matters, you should consult a licensed legal practitioner in Malaysia.
You are responsible for all activity that happens through your User Account. You must keep your password confidential. If your account email belongs to an organization (e.g., your employer), you grant that organization permission to administer or access your account.
You agree not to harm the Services or use them to harm others. Prohibited activities include:
Violating any Malaysian law or regulation.
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.
Interfering with security features or reverse-engineering the software.
Using the Services to develop a competitive product.
We may, without prior notice, change or stop providing features of the Services. We may terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by these terms.
You retain ownership of content you post (transaction info, comments, etc.). However, by posting, you grant Lite Incorp a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and disclose that content as necessary to provide the Services or as required by Malaysian law/regulation.
You agree to the pricing and billing policies applicable to paid aspects of the Services. You authorize Lite Incorp to charge your provided payment method for all fees, including government fees (e.g., SSM filing fees) and third-party fees. There are no refunds for cancellations or account terminations.
We protect your “Confidential Information” (User Content) with a reasonable degree of care. We may disclose information if required by Malaysian law (e.g., a court order or SSM inquiry) after providing you notice, where legally permitted. You consent to have your data processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed upon, please notify our agent. While the DMCA is a U.S. framework, we abide by the Copyright Act 1987 of Malaysia regarding take-down notices and infringement.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we provide no warranties of any kind. You agree to indemnify and defend Lite Incorp against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lite Incorp shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lite Incorp.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Services shall be decided exclusively by the courts of Malaysia, specifically those located in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
